Here at Outofafricakidz.com we aim is to deliver your order to your door within 7days of receiving it. Providing all the items in your order are in stock and available this shouldn’t be too much of a problem. However we do ask to allow up to 14 days for delivery as sometimes the courier or postal service takes a little longer than anticipated, or we’re extreamly busy! 

If you live overseas or if your items are out of stock, it will take us a little longer to get them out to you. In this event rest assured that we will do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as we possibly can. We will of course keep you up to date with whats going on, or if there are any problems with your order.
 

No Hassle Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your order please help us to correct it.

Our No Hassle returns policy means you are entitled to a full refund or exchange on any item(s) which you are not completely happy with, provided the items are unwashed and unworn and are returned within 30 days of the purchase date in their original packaging.

We strongly advise that you send the items via a trackable insured service for your own peice of mind.
